Were you even born in the 80's or 90's if you didn't ice and decorate a rich tea biscuit?!
Parents who can't bake, this one's for you!!
Icing a biscuit is still a favourite activity with kids today and is super cheap and easy to do.
You will need:
Biscuits like rich tea or digestive
Icing sugar
sprinkles
To make:
Mix up the icing according to the packets instructions, adding food colouring if you want coloured icing.
Lay out the biscuits on a board or plate for the kids to decorate with the icing and sprinkles. Try and allow the icing to set a little before eating!
Instead of icing you could try Nutella or make a cream cheese buttercream.
